1.    Apologies for absence.

2.    *Approval of Minutes of the 2001 Annual Parish Assembly (Meeting).

3.    Matters arising on those Minutes.

4.    Keynote Speaker – Steve Opacic, Forward Planning – Team Manager, Winchester City Council.

5.    Chairman’s report on the last year.

6.    Adoption of Audited Accounts for the Financial Year 2000/2001.

7.    Unaudited Accounts for Financial Year 2001/2002.

8.    Reports from Committee Convenors: (Brief questions will be answered after each report.)

a)    Planning.

b)   Playing Fields

c)    Highways, Byways, Environment and M3.

d)   Footpaths Representative and Tree Warden.

e)    Finance and Administration.

f)     Parish Hall – with an update from Capt. Mike Matthews, Chairman CASCA.

g)    New Pavilion – with an update from Paul Murray, Chairman New Pavilion Building Committee.

9.    School Governor’s Report.

10. Question Time; relating to any aspect of village administration – current or future.

 

County Councillor Ann Bailey and District Councillor Charlotte Bailey will be in attendance and will assist in answering questions.

 

This is the statutory Annual Parish Meeting of the Parish Council. All Parishioners are welcome to attend and we hope to see as many people as possible.

 

Coffee and biscuits will be served at the close of the meeting.

 

If you have any comments or questions about this Agenda, please feel free to contact the Clerk or me.

 

Parking at the hall is limited, it would be very helpful if you can arrange to share cars.
