  2. Keynote Speaker - Jim Humberstone/Pat Edwards - Bushfield Camp and its future.
  3. *Approval of Minutes of the 2004 Annual Parish Assembly.
  4. Matters arising on those Minutes.
  5. Adoption of Audited Accounts for the Financial Year 2003/2004.
  6. Unaudited Accounts for Financial Year 2004/2005.
  7. Chairman's report on the last year.
  8. Specific questions on the following subjects from members of the public:
  1. Planning.
  2. Playing Fields
  3. Highways, Byways, Environment and M3.
  4. Footpaths Representative and Tree Warden.
  5. Finance and Administration.
  6. Jubilee Pavilion
  1. Report on the Parish Hall from Mr John Griffith, Chairman CASCA.
  2. Police Report - Police Sergeant Wayne Curson, Police Constable Mark Smith.
  3. School Governor's Report - Report by Councillor Mr. Jeremy Dolphin.
  4. Report from the Rector - Rev. Paul Baird
  5. General Comments, Observations and Questions from members of the Public relating to any aspect of village administration - current or future.

(It would assist the record keeping of the meeting if all questions could be submitted to the Clerk in writing in advance, indicating the name and address of the questioner. This will also assist the Councillors in providing comprehensive answers.)

County Councillor Ann Bailey and District Councillor Murray Macmillan will be in attendance and will assist in answering questions.
This is the statutory Annual Parish Meeting of the Parish Council. All Parishioners are welcome to attend and we hope to see as many people as possible.
Coffee and biscuits will be served at the close of the meeting provided by Compton and Shawford Woman's Institute.
