Text of Parish Ballot posted to all Electors

1. The modernisation of the 100 year old Parish Hall - with proper toilets, better catering facilities, and many other improvements
2. The replacement of the dilapidated and uninsurable Sports Pavilion with a new building of similar size

For these projects we need to raise money, over and above our reserves, in order to match the grants which we hope to attract.

The Parish Council also believes that the village would be enhanced by using the vacant plot next to the Parish Hall to provide between four and six high quality housing units.

So in March this year the Parish Council voted unanimously to sell the land adjacent to the Parish Hall. This would allow us to go ahead with the Hall improvements and the new Pavilion as well as providing additional housing.

On such an important matter, we want to hear what everyone in the village thinks - please take the time to fill in the form and send it in.

There is a voting space for everyone in your household who is on the register of electors
