We would like to remind new residents of our thriving Cub group which is held every Monday evening in The Reeves Scout Hall, Compton. Sadly with the departure of Lin Paris from our area we lost our very good Beaver Leader.
We would very much like to start a new mixed Beaver Group with a view of the girls also progressing through to Cubs. Obviously, to enable us to do this we would need several parents who would be willing to be Leaders. There are excellent facilities, good equipment and most important a very supportive committee willing to help. Our previous and existing Leaders are all parents of children who have experienced the Scout movement and gained a considerable amount from it.
A Scout Group is only as good as the families willing to support it. If you can spare an evening a week to organise a group, please contact me for further details.
